This Maltese cross service award plaque comes with a 15" axe with a gold plated pick head and your choice of hickory handle color: Flamed, Natural, Red or Black. The oak plaque has wall mounting hooks on the back.

18" x 18" oak Maltese plaque.

Directly-mounted 15" gold plated axe.

7-1/2" x 5-1/2" gloss black brass plate, with notched corners and attached via 4 gold rosette head tacks.
